My name is AJ Nilles.

Since 2015, I’ve been playing viola in the Berlin Philharmonic and play/record in various other projects which largely involve improvisation, most notably with Hainbach, Move 78 and Plastic Pigs.

Since 2023, I’ve been releasing my own music, which I would describe as “Electro-Acoustic Art Pop” under the moniker Ayjay Nils, but since that shit’s too hard to spell, I also release music under my real name, AJ Nilles, which kinda makes things more confusing, but alas, here we are.
